This cake was chocolate with butter cream filling and was covered in white fondant. The biggest thing I have covered with fondant to this date, it came out great I was so excited! it served 100 people. It was for a memorial service for a great client of mine, whose mother passed away. My thoughts are with them during this difficult time.
